Event Details

The GBS Festival 2K Playground will take place outside the Advent Health Fieldhouse as part of the GBS Village. During the weekend, the GBS2K25 Boys Basketball Individual National Showcase will be on the courts, the GBS Battle of the Bands back-to-school event will happen inside and outside of the venue, and the GBS GRUBBIES Food Truck Rally will also be outside alongside the 2K Playground. The event will feature a small carnival-like atmosphere with music provided by DJs and bands to keep the atmosphere fun and inviting, creating the GBS 2K Festival.

Why Attend?

The event is open to all patrons participating in other events that weekend and will be advertised to the general public. You will be able to interact with people from multiple walks of life and different interests in one place. Expected turnout is 10,000-15,000 people.

Service Providers General Vendors

Service providers who wish to participate in the event and offer their services to the public are welcome to join for $499. This covers a well-lit booth and a vendor badge.

Business Sponsors

For non-direct commerce-related businesses looking for brand recognition and development and wanting to engage with the general public, we offer sponsorship for $899.00

Security Deposit Option

You can reserve your spot with a non-refundable $100 security deposit. The remaining balance will be invoiced and due by Friday, May 9th, 2025, 90 days before the event starts. Failure to make the final payment by the due date will result in forfeiture of the deposit and spot.

Refund Policy

You can request a full refund until May 9, 2025, 90 days before the event starts. There are no refunds after May 9, 2025. However, you can transfer your spot to another vendor with admin approval.

Marketing Materials

All marketing materials for your business must be uploaded through the vendor portal no later than June 1, 2025. You will need to provide a logo, social media handles, and website links you would like advertised to attendees.
