Event Details

The GBS GRUBBIES Food Truck Rally will take place outside the Advent Health Fieldhouse as part of the GBS Village. During the weekend, the GBS2K25 Boys Basketball Individual National Showcase will be on the courts, the GBS Battle of the Bands back-to-school event will happen inside and outside of the venue, and the GBS Festival will also be outside alongside the food trucks, featuring a small carnival-like atmosphere with music provided by DJs and bands to keep the atmosphere fun and inviting.

Why Attend?

We have spots for 20 food trucks and aim to provide a diverse selection for attendees to enjoy. We will ensure no more than 4 trucks offer the same main cuisine to guarantee ample opportunity for success. Several established food critics will attend to review the trucks and post on social media throughout the weekend. The event is open to all patrons participating in other events that weekend and will be advertised to the general public. Expected turnout is 10,000-15,000 people.

Registration

Premium and General Tiers are on a first-come, first-served basis based on payment receipt. Vendors can operate Friday evening and Saturday, with an option to add Sunday for an extra $100. All vendors must have up-to-date certifications and licenses.

Premium Tier I
**Premium spots are $599.00  
- Covers Friday, August 8th (5 PM - 9 PM)  
- Covers Saturday, August 9th (9 AM - 9 PM)  
- Add Sunday, August 10th (9 AM - 4 PM) for an additional $100  

**Includes:**  
- Preferred spots 1-10  
- Premium Vendor Badging

General Tier II
**Regular spots are $399**  
- Covers Friday, August 8th (5 PM - 9 PM)  
- Covers Saturday, August 9th (9 AM - 9 PM)  
- Add Sunday, August 10th (9 AM - 4 PM) for an additional $100

- Spots 11-20  
- Vendor Badging  
- Menu listed on the Get Buckets App  
- Food critics on-site  
- Entrance into the best dish contest  
- Promoted as part of our vendor list on our platform (site and socials)  
- Promoted on vendor lists on event sites like Eventbrite, Meetup, etc.  
- Insight on future events with us  
- Brand recognition within the community  

“GRUBBIES” Best Dish Contest

Every food truck vendor is expected to distribute a small sample dish they believe is worthy. A QR code will be attached to each truck, allowing the general public to vote on awarding the best dish via the GBS APP. Voting will conclude Saturday night, and the winner will be announced.

**Winner receives:**  
- The GBS GRUBBIES Trophy  
- A winner declaration on all platforms with a picture and Q&A reel  
- A free vendor spot next year  

Security Deposit Option

You can reserve your spot with a non-refundable $200 security deposit for General spots and $275 for Premium spots. The remaining balance will be invoiced and due by Friday, May 9th, 2025, 90 days before the event starts. Failure to make the final payment by the due date will result in forfeiture of the deposit and spot.

Refund Policy

You can request a full refund until May 9, 2025, 90 days before the event starts. There are no refunds after May 9, 2025. However, you can transfer your spot to another vendor with admin approval.

Marketing Materials

All marketing materials for your business must be uploaded through the vendor portal no later than June 1, 2025. You will need to provide a logo, social media handles, and links to viewable menus you would like advertised to attendees.
